Jennifer O'Connor, FACHE Principal

As a senior member of the Sg2 Intelligence team, Jennifer works with business and clinical executives from leading hospitals and health systems to find and examine solutions related to physician alignment, engagement and workforce planning. As one of the original faculty of Sg2’s strategic planning workshop, she also works with strategy leaders and teams to understand the role of strategic planning in health care and how it is evolving.
